4 SIGNS A GUY IS INTO YOU

Dying to know if a certain guy is interested in you? Cosmo editors asked -- who else?! -- a GUY to give us the lowdown on specific things guys do when they're into you ...

1. They text you between noon and 5 p.m.It's not how much he texts that shows he's into you, but when. If he texts in the afternoon, he's waited just long enough not to look desperate, but he's leaving enough time to make plans with you for that night.

2. They schmooze with your pals. Guys know how important your friends are. So if a guy's really into you, he'll chat up your buddy in the hopes of getting some info on you.

3. They take you out during the day. A guy who asks a girl to lunch really wants to get to know her. Even better, he thinks you're pretty enough not to need booze.

4. They e-mail you. Lots of women complain that guys send e-mail instead of calling, but it's not a bad sign. If he sends it during the day, it's probably because he's working and you provide him with a pleasant escape.

THINGS WOMEN WORRY ABOUT ON FIRST DATES

According to Guyism.com, here are some things women worry about on first dates:

1. Who will pay the bill? - Women start stressing about this as soon as you both sit down at the table. Put her fears to rest by telling her to order anything she wants because this meal is on you.

2. Am I making sense? -- Women can ramble on about co-worker drama and relationship problems with mom, among many other things. She wants to make a good impression. It actually helps if you interject here and there to stop the rambling.

3. Do I still look OK? -- She probably spent three times as much time getting ready as you did. Make her feel comfortable by telling her how great she looks -- especially at the end of the night.

YOUR STINKY FEET

You can go ahead and blame it on someone else all you want, but you and everyone else around you knows that smell is coming from your funky feet. You have a foot odor problem and you're stuck with it.

But wait, there are some things you can do about it ...

  • Give the dogs some air. Let them breathe a little. Keeping them in socks and shoes only breeds more bacteria. Don't sleep with socks on.
  • Soak your feet in salt water for 20 minutes and let them air dry.
  • Choose the right footwear. Try to find moisture smart socks that will let your feet breathe, rather than plain old tube socks.
  • Use a foot scrub to remove old dry skin, which actually harbors bacteria.
  • Watch what you eat. Your horrible diet actually plays a role in your foot odor problem. Cut back on spicy foods.
